ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING CITY BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, <br />AND COMMITTEES; AND AMENDING SECTION 2.013 OF THE <br />EUGENE CODE, 1971. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
