ORDINANCE No. 18906 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING~PARRING FEES; AMENDING <br />SECTION 5.285 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DE- <br />CLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The monthly permit parking fees for the years <br />1982, 1983, and 1984 as set forth in subsection ~5} of Section <br />5.285 of the Eugene Cade, 1971, are hereby amended, and the last <br />sentence of that subsection is amended, to provide: <br />5.285 Charges for Off-Street Parking. <br />(5) <br />1982 1983 1984 <br />$16.00 $21.00 $-28.00 <br />to to to <br />$40.00 $45.00 $50.00 <br />**Af ter 6 p.m. any day of the year and all day Sundays and <br />holidays notwithstand~.ng other provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2, Except as herein specifically amended, all other <br />provisions of subsection ~5} of Section 5.285 of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 3. Pursuant to the provisions of subsection ~5} of <br />Section 5.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the fees as presently es- <br />tablished are to become effective on January 1st of the year indi- <br />cated. It is in the public interest that the provisions contained <br />herein become immediately effective and therefore, an emergency is <br />hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />16th day of December, 1981 <br />City Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />6th day of Decembe , 1981 <br />Mayor <br />Ordinance. <br />
