ORDINANCE NO. ~g9Oq <br />An Ordinance vacating the following described alley, to-wit: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Over- <br />look Addition, as platted and recorded in Volume 4, <br />page 9, Lane County oregon Plat Records, run thence <br />North along the West line of Augusta Street, 12 feet, <br />thence West parallel with the North. line of Overlook, <br />130 feet, thence South 12 feet to the North line of <br />overlook, thence East 130 feet along the North line <br />of Lot 1~ overlook, to the point of beginning in <br />Eugene, Zane County, oregon. <br />RESERVING herein public utility and bicycle easements <br />over, under, across and upon the entire above described <br />tract, and the right to enter thereupon for the purposes <br />of construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance. <br />Lindsey - AV 75-2~ <br />4n the 22nd day of Judy, 1981,. the City Council of the City of <br />Eugene passed ordinance No. 18332 setting a hearing to be held on <br />the 9th day of September, 19$1, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances <br />could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described <br />alley. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing, and at said <br />time and place the hearing was indefinitely postponed. Un December <br />1G, 1981, upon motion duly made, seconded and passed, a hearing was <br />set to be held on the 20th day of January, 1982, at 12:44 noon, <br />Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, <br />oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be <br />heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described alley. <br />Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing, and a hearing <br />was held pursuant to such notice at the Council Chambers., at City <br />Hall, Eugene, oregon, on the 20th day of January, 1982, at Noon, <br />Ordinance - l <br />
