ORDINANCE No. 1$917 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING zoNING REGULATIONS; <br />AMENDING SECTION 9.254 OF THE EUGENE CODE, <br />1971; AMENDING THE CAPTION PRECEDING SECTION <br />9.604 OF THAT CODE; ADDING A NEW SECTION <br />9.607 TO THAT CODE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 9.254 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereb <br />y <br />amended by inserting in alphabetical order therein the followin : <br />g <br />9.254 <br />Floodw~. The channel of a watercourse re- <br />quired to provide for passage of a one percent chance <br />flood . <br />Section 2. The caption immediately preceding Section 9.6Q4 of <br />the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide. <br />General Pravisions - Special Permit Requirements for Flood <br />Hazard Sub-Districts, Floodwa Development Prohibitions <br />Section 3. There is hereby added to the Eugene Cade, 1971, a <br />new section to be numbered and provide as follows: <br />9.601 Floodwa~r _- Development.
