Provide safe and usable parking, circu- <br />lation, and outdoor living areas as well as in~- <br />gress and egress. <br />Vic} The location conforms to the principles of <br />dispersal as encompassed in the city's Housing Disper- <br />sal Policy Flan. <br />' n <br />~4 F_inancing compliance. the project must comply <br />with criteria stipulate~~d~ by affected local, state, and federal <br />financing agencies, including, but not limited to, rent and <br />income limitations. <br />~5} Parkin and outdoor living re uirements. outdoor <br />living and parking requirements may be adjusted by the hearings <br />official to fit demonstrated demand in similar projects with <br />appropriate safeguards for possible changes in occupancy. <br />~6} Contract.
