ORDINANCE NO. An Ordinance vacating the following described public utility easement, to-wit:. The Northern 7.0 feet of the following described property: Lot 2, Block 1, NEwFORD PARK, as platted and re- corded in Book 48, Page 13, Lane County Oregon Plat Records in Lane County, Oregon. Assessor`s Map # 17 03 19 11, Tax Lot 4002 -- Hopkinson EV 81-8} On the 16th day of December, 1981, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed ordinance No. 18902 setting a hearing to be held on the 27th day of January, 1982, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described public utility easement. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hearing was held pursuant to the ordinance at the Council Chambers, at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, on the 27th day of January, 19$2, at Noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY OF EUGENE DQES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hear- ing ar filed.
