ORDINANCE N0. ~] <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1951, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 3t~, 1982; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;. <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City ofEugene, Oregon, <br />far the year beginning July 1, 1981, and ending June 30, 1982, . as set forth <br />in Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2 .
