ORDINAIQCE NO. ~$9 3_~ <br />A~~ Oi~DI~~ANCE AMENDING ORDZi~ANCE I~0. 18 8 2 9 ; <br />LEVYING ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITh STORM <br />SEWER CONTSTRUCTIOI~ 1650 FEET FORTH OF ROYAL <br />AVENUE FROM TERRY STREET TO 900 FEET EAST; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY , <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />On July l3, 1981 there was passed by the Council and. approved <br />by the Mayor, ordinance Teo. 18829 levying an assessment for a storm <br />sewer 1650 feet north of Royal Avenue from. Terry Street to 900 feet <br />east, against Daneland Mobile Houle Park, account number 500055-0010 <br />in the total amount of $89,208.81. <br />A portion of .that assessment was challenged by the property <br />owner, and in accordance with a decision rendered in Lane County <br />Circuit Court Case No. 16-81-08245 on December 14, 1981, the assess- <br />ment has been recalculated, as more particularly set forth hereafter, <br />The property owner has reviewed and concurred with the new com- <br />potations, and has waived all rights to further notice, hearing or <br />right of remonstrance in connection therewith, and has requested <br />that the assessment be levied. <br />No other property or property owners are affected by this <br />assessment. <br />Now, therefore, Ordinance No, 18529 passed by the Council and <br />approved by the Mayor on July 13, 1981, should be amended as here- <br />inafter set forth. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FQLLOti+~s: <br />Section 1.
