ORDINANCE Na. 18935 <br />AN ORDINANCE .CONCERNING ASSAUZT AND BATTERY; <br />AMENDING SECTION 4.730 OF THE EUGENE CODE, <br />1971; AND DECZARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DQES 4RDAZN AS FOZLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 4.730 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide: <br />4.730 Assault and Batter . <br />~1~ Battery. No person shall intentionally, knowingly, <br />or recklessly use any force upon another. <br />~2~ Assault. No person shall intentionally, knowingly, <br />or recklessly plane or attempt to place another person in fear <br />of an imminent battery as defined in subsection ~1~ above. <br />Section 2.
