1892 <br />cincts at 8:00 o'clock a.m,, Pacific Daylight Time, and shall be <br />kept open until 8:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, on election day. <br />Section 6. The Clerk acting as chairman of the Election Board <br />in the primary election shall be chairman of the same Board of <br />which he or she is a member in the City election, and the ballots <br />shall be counted and tabulated and the results certified as provided <br />by law. <br />Section 7.
