ORDINANCE NO. ~~-1~-~ <br />a <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SHOPLIFTING AND AMENDING <br />SECTION 4.825 4F THE EUGENE CODE, 1971, <br />THE CITY 4F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, Subsection ~l} of Section 4,825 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide: <br />4,825 Shoplifting, <br />~l} No person shall wilfully conceal or take posses-- <br />lion of goods offered for~sale by a retail or wholesale store <br />or other mercantile establishment with the intent to convert <br />the goods to his own use without paying the purchase price <br />thereof. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />day of e 1982 <br />~~/'Zd'~ ~/~ <br />City Recorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />ay of 1982 <br />Mayor <br />ordinance. <br />
