J.:. . ,tr- <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION <br /> <br />CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SUBSECTION (1) OF PARK RULE 1.000; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the authority of Section 2.812 et seq. of the <br /> <br />Eugene Code, 1971, the Department of Parks and Recreation of the <br /> <br />City of Eugene hereby amends subsection (1) of Park Rule 1.000, <br /> <br />to read and provide as follows: <br /> <br />1.000 <br /> <br />Property. <br />(1) The following rules shall apply to all property <br /> <br />belonging to the City of Eugene, including property outside <br />the corporate limits of the City and County parks within the <br />corporate limits of the City. <br /> <br />The Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation hereby <br /> <br />declares that the foregoing amendment to Park Rule 1.000 is neces- <br /> <br />sary for the preservation of the welfare and safety of the citizens <br /> <br />of the City of Eugene and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared <br /> <br />to exist, and this Rule as amended shall be effective on and after <br /> <br />the date hereof. <br />Adopted the 2b +h day of <br /> <br />Ocfobe-r <br /> <br />, 1983. <br /> <br />~f- j)Y~-e/'L <br />Director, Department of Parks <br />and Recreation - City of Eugene <br /> <br />DEPJ~H I I OF Flf\;~NCE <br />D~\TE IECFt~D INS <br /> <br />DCT 26 1983 <br /> <br />FILE NO.
