S1- <t<L-\:-P2- . t. <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION <br /> <br />CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SUBSECTION (1) OF PARK RULE 1.010: <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the authority of Section 2.812 et seq. of the Eugene Code, <br /> <br />1971, the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Eugene hereby <br /> <br />amends subsection (1) of Park Rule 1.010, to read and provide as follows: <br /> <br />1.010 <br /> <br />Prohibited Activities.
