<br />CIIX I'll':: r.:c<~-~S-o \ <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION <br /> <br />CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SUBSECTION (2) OF PARK RULE 1.000: <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the authority of Section 2.812 et seq. of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Eugene <br />hereby amends subsection (2) of Park Rule 1.000, to read and provide as <br />fo 11 ows : <br /> <br />1.000 Property. No person other than law enforcement officers or <br /> <br />authorized personnel may enter or remain in any park area between the <br /> <br />daily closing time (12:01 am) and the daily opening time (6:00 am) <br /> <br />except as specially permitted by the director. No motorized vehicle <br /> <br />is permitted beyond the summit access intersection of the Skinner Butte <br /> <br />road between 10:01 pm and the daily opening time (6:00 am) except as <br /> <br /> <br />provided in section 1.030 (6) of the park rules. <br /> <br />The Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation hereby declares <br /> <br />that the foregoing amendment to Park Rule 1.000 is necessary for the preser- <br />vation of the welfare and safety of the citizens of the City of Eugene and <br /> <br />therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Rule as amended <br /> <br />shall be effective on and after the date hereof. <br />Ado pted th is 2.
