189ai <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.110 through 7.180 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />. <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Counci] has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />. <br />THE CITY~OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FO~.I.OWS: <br />Section ~, That the total cost of paving, sanitary sewer, storm <br />sewer and si ew3 aTk`on Bertelsen Road from 11th Avenue to 20th Avenue County <br />Road X426); and paving and sidewalk on 18th Avenue from Bertelsen Road to <br />Four Oaks Grange Road <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 711,707,91 , aforesaid, which <br />' is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
