oRDINANcE No. 18953 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SIGNS ON PARKING FACI- <br />LITIES; AMENDING SECTIQN 5.540 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Section 5.540 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended by adding a new subsection ~.4~ thereto, to read and provide: <br />5.540 Si ns Re wired for Parkin Facilities Before Towing <br />Unauthorized Vehicles. <br />~4~ Upon written approual of the city manager or his <br />or her designate, the size of the signs and lettering required <br />by this section may be modified pro~rided the modification gives <br />reasonable notice to vehicle operators seeking a place to park. <br />Section 2.
