18960 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.170 through 7.180 of the Eugene City <br />Cade; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council. has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />. ~ THE CITY CF EUGEhJE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section ~. That the total cost of paving and constructing storm <br />sewer on ~'Tar~TRoad from East Amazon Drive to East 43rd Avenue and paving and <br />storm sewer on 43rd Avenue and North Shasta Loop from Dillard Road to existing <br />paving on North Shasta Loop <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 387,37.33 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section ~.
