The known owners of record or parties of interest <br />of the real property for which the City is hereby authorized to <br />acquire title in fee by condemnation are Hugh B. Wood and Helen L. <br />Wood, as reflected on the preliminary title report attached hereto <br />as Exhibit "B'~ . <br />Section 6.
