z 69-26 <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION ~4ND <br />AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL DF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT: <br />Pursuant to the previsions of DRS 227.215 and ' <br />Sections 9.275 and 9.668 <br />through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authorit <br />and respons~b~l~ty, sub'ect to the limi ~ y <br />.~ tat~ons contained therein, to change <br />the zan~ng class~f~cat~on of property within the City of Eu ene• <br />9 <br />. As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eu ene Code 1971 the <br />zonin ma and the g ' <br />9 P ion i ng ord ~ n ante -schedu 1 e of d ~ str ~ ct changes are hereby <br />amended to ref 1 ect the fol 1 vwi ng change of zone: <br />Tax Lots 5900, 5936, and 5820--Assessor's map 17-04-36-3 2 as more <br />particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A," located on the east <br />side of City View Street, south of the Amazon Channel: <br />Change of zone from RA Suburban Residential District and R-1 Low Densit <br />Residential District to R-2/PD Limited M 1 i ~ ~ y <br />u t ple Family Res~dent~al D~s- <br />trict with Planned Unit Development Procedures. <br />section 2.
