1897/ <br />Duplex division lot. A parcel of land with an <br />area of at least 3,604 square feet containing one <br />unit of an existing duplex structure resulting from <br />the division of a conforming duplex lot at least <br />8,000 square feet in area, <br />Dwellin , sin le famil attached. A building de- <br />signed or used for the occupancy of one family, with <br />housekeeping faci~.ities for only one family, and attach- <br />ed by a common wall to one or more single family dwell- <br />ings at the property line of an adjoining lot. <br />Dwellin , single famil detached.
