(z s2-s) <br />ORDINANCE N0. <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE AND SIGN DISTRICT <br />CLASSIFICATION AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AND SIGN <br />DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT: ~~ <br />Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 221.215. and Sections 8.813, 9.278, and <br />9.668 through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1911, the City Council has the <br />authority and responsi bi 1 i ty, subject to the 1 imitations contained therein, <br />to change the zoning and sign district c1 ass i f i cati on of prap,erty within the <br />City of Eugene; <br />.
