18977 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating local <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7,170 through 7.180 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />~fatice of the proposed assessment to the oarners and reputed owners <br />af.the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN aS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cost of constructing sanitary sewer to serve <br />Willa~enzie Island Annexation Area Na. 1, ~A-Z X78-11), located generally adjacent <br />to Tulip and Balboa Streets, Green Acres Raad and Ho11y Avenue Jab Na. 1815) <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 92,811.13 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parce1s,.pf property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
