ORDINANCE N0. ~8~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CO~~CFRNING THE CITIZEN INVOLVEMENT COMMITTEE: AMENDING <br />SECTION 2.013 OF THE El1GENE CODE, 1911; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF E~~GENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />section 1. The designation of the term of the Neighborhood Leaders <br />Organization representative on the Citizen Involvement Committee as set forth <br />in the table of City Council boards, Committees, and Commissions in Section <br />2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1911, is hereby amended by increasing the term of <br />that member from one year to twa years. <br />Section 2. In conformance with Section 2.0139} of the Eugene Code, <br />1971, the terms of office of the five citizen members of the Citizen I nva 1 vement <br />Committee shall expire on the last day of the respective calendar years of their <br />appointments. <br />Section 3.
