ORDINANCE No. 1$992 <br />AN 4RDTNANCE CONCERNING CHARGES FOR OFF-STREET <br />P.ARYTNG; AMENDING SECTION 5.285 OF THE EUGENE <br />CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The first sentence of subsection ~5 } of Section <br />5.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and pro- <br />vide: <br />5 . 5 Char~es or off-,,,,. treet Par,,„~, ~ g <br />g , .,~ , ~.,._.....,, ,_, S k ~ n . <br />~5} Except for the airport as defined in section <br />2.415 of this code, the following ~.inimum and maximum charges <br />are hereby established for off-street parking facilities to <br />be effective January 1st of the year designated unless other- <br />wise expressly provided. <br />Section 2.
