ORDINANCE N0, <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE BUDGET; AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE N0. 18991; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOI~S: <br />Section ]. By Ordinance No. 18991 adopted by the Council and approved <br />by the Mayor on June 16, 1952, certain appropriations were summarised in <br />Section ~ thereof for the Sewer Fund. A scrivener's error has been found <br />in the dollar amount stated for Loans to Other Funds and Balance Available. <br />Section 2 of Ordinance No. 18991 is amended to provide as follows with respect <br />to the Sewer Fund, <br />Section Z, That the City Council of the City of Eugene, <br />Oregon, ma es appropriations for the purposes shown as follows: <br />SFI~IFR Fi iNil <br />Operations <br />Departmental: <br />Public works 3,305 <br />Non-Departmental <br />Loans to Other Funds 350,000 <br />Other Requirements <br />Bat ance Avai 1 ab1 e <br />(353,305) -0- <br />Section 2. Except as herein specifically amended, are other provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 15991 shall remain i n fu11 force and effect. <br />Section 3.
