ORDINANCE NO.~~C~~j <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET, MASSING <br />APPROPRIATIONS DETERMINING AND LEVYING THE <br />ANNUAL AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX FOR THE CITY <br />OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JULY 1, 1982, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1953; <br />AND DECLARING AND EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY GF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, for the year <br />commencing July 1, 1952, and ending June 3O, 1953, as set forth in Section 2 <br />below be, and the same is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
