I89R7 <br />agreements; and <br />fie} Make recommendations to the council of <br />steps to be taken to match revenues with projected <br />service levels. <br />2.368 Financial Plannin Committee - Membershi ,Terms of <br />office . <br />~1} The financial planning committee shall consist <br />of the mayor, four councilors, and two ex-officio members of <br />the city's budget committee. All members shall be nominated <br />by the mayor and appointed by majority vote of the council. <br />~2} The terms of office of all members other than <br />the mayor shall be for two years, of the initial members, <br />two of the councilors shall be appointed for a two year <br />term, and two councilors shall be appointed for a one year <br />term. Thereafter, all appointments shall be for a two year <br />term. <br />~3} Vacancies in the committee shall be filled in <br />the same manner as original appointments. <br />Section 3. The matters contained herein concern the public <br />health, welfare and safety and therefore, an emergency is hereby <br />declared to exist, and this ordinance shall become effective <br />
