ORDINANCE N0. r$9gg~ An ordinance vacating the following described public utilit Y easement, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 11, RDN Subdivision, as platted and recorded in Book 69 Page 9, Lane County 4regan Plat Records, in Lane County, oregon, thence south 5 feet; thence east 9 8.9 6 feet; thence north 10 feet; thence wes t 98.96 feet; thence south 5 feet to the point of beginning, all in Lane County, oregon. ~Ellins Ev 82-2} Dn the 9th day of June, 1982, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed ordinance No. 18984 setting a hearing tv be held on the 21st day of July, 1982, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described public utility easement, Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear- ing was held pursuant to the ordinance at the Council Chambers, at City Hall, Eugene, oregon, on the 2lst day of July, 1982, at Noon Pacific Daylight Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY of EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hear- ing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting propert y ordinance - 1
