9 003 <br />The City Council has established the method of calculating lac"al <br />improvement assessments in Sections 7.]70 through 7.180 of the Eugene City <br />Code; and <br />Notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners <br />of the hereinafter designated parcels of real property has been heretofore duly <br />and regularly given in comp1ia~nce~with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the <br />Eugene City Code, and the City Council has heard any and all protests, <br />.objections and remonstrances thereto and has fully considered them. <br />THE CITY OE EUGENE gOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the total cast of paving Adams Street from 3rd Avenue <br />to railroad tracks. <br />i n the City of Eugene, i s the sum of, ~ l 3, l 5l . 65 , aforesaid, which <br />is by this ordinance assessed against the parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. <br />Section 2.
