Tn addition to solar radiation protection re- <br />quirements in section 9.534, all buildings and additions con- <br />structed after September 8, 1982 shall have a required interior <br />yard as follows: <br />PL Building or Addition Height N~aximurn Required Interior Yard <br />15 feet ---_..-_....__-___-_---~.__-__ 14 feet <br />Over 15 feet--~-~------------------ 15 feet <br />When a required interior yard is used for parking or storage <br />and is next to a residential district parcel occupied by a <br />dwelling, it must be screened with year-round site obscuring <br />vegetation or separated from the residential parcel by an <br />opaque six foot high fence or wall, except as otherwise pro- <br />vided in section 9.544~d}. <br />Section 7. Section 9.582 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to read and provide as follows: <br />9.582 Required Off-Street Parking. Off-street parking shall <br />be provided on the development site for all AG, RA, R-1 <br />C-1, M-~l, I~-2, M-3, and PL zones. Tn all other zones, the <br />required parking shall be on the development site or within 444 <br />feet of the development site which the parking is required to <br />serve.
