ORDINANCE N0. ~t2~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; <br />MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY DF EUGENE <br />FDR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1982, <br />AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1983; AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DDES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the year beginning Ju 1 y ~, 1982, and ending June 30, 1983, as set forth <br />in Section 2 below, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2.
