That this suppl ement a1 budget i s prepared i n accordance with <br />ORS 294.450 a~, which authorizes the formulation of a supplemental budget <br />resulting from "An occurrence or condition which had not been ascertained at the <br />time of the preparation of a budget for the current year which requires a change <br />in financial planning." <br />Section 4. This ordinance, in accordance with DRS 294.48D~3~, does <br />" . . ,not author i ze any increased levy of taxes," and appropriations for th i s <br />supplemental budget shall be funded from previously uncommitted revenue. <br />Section 5.
