I9o15 <br />Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will be heard and considered. <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five <br />days after the first publication of the notice past, or cause to be <br />posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy of the <br />foregoing, which shall be headed "Notice of Street vacation," and <br />which notice shall be posted in at least two conspicuous places in or <br />on the area propased to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice shall <br />be not less than twenty-eight ~28~ days before the time set for hear-- <br />ing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />8th day of Septembers 1982 <br />City ecorder <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />8th day of September, 1982 <br />. <br />Mayor <br />ordinance - 2. <br />
