<br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
<br />AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
<br />Pursuant to the pravisians of ORS ZZ7.Z15 and Sections 9.278 and 9.668
<br />through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authorit
<br />and res onsibi 1 it sub 'ect to t ~ y
<br />p y, ~ he 1~mltat~ons contained therein, to change
<br />the zoning classification of property within the City of Eugene;
<br />Based upon the report of the Planning Commission, the materials trans-.
<br />mitted therewith, and the evidence presented before the Plannin Commission
<br />and this Cit Council th r • 'g •
<br />y e equest for zone change class~f~cat~on ~s ~n con-
<br />formance with the General Plan; there is a public need for the char a in zone•
<br />and the ublic need can best b ~ .g '

<br />NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adopts as its awn the
