NOTICE OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION <br />TO ALL PERSONS wHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Eugene, held at the Council Chambers at City Hall, <br />Eugene, Oregon, on the 29th day of September, 1982, there was <br />passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor of the City <br />of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, an Ordinance setting a hearing to <br />be held on the 10th day of November, 1982, at 12:DO noon, Pacific <br />Standard Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, <br />for the purpose of hearing remonstrances and protests against the <br />vacation by Ordinance of the City Council of the following: <br />A portion of a l4 foot wide public utility ease- <br />ment situated on Tax Lot 3300, Assessor's Map <br />17-03-20-4 1, located on the East side of Coburg <br />Road between Bailey Avenue and Tandy Turn, and <br />more particularly described in the Ordinance re- <br />ferred to above. ,Coburg Properties, Ltd. EV 82-3} <br />The City Council will consider and act upon the proposed vaca- <br />tion on the 10th day of November, 1982, at 12:00 o'clock noon, <br />Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, <br />Oregon, and will consider an~,drdinance vacating the above.
