Develo ment Standards. In this MU-R District, the <br />general provisions set forth in Sections 9.532 to 9.598 tGeneral <br />Provisions; Height, Yard, Area, and Coverage Regulations, <br />Conditions, and Exceptions Eugene Code, 1971, shall apply except <br />that the special .provisions provided below shall apply.
