1901 <br />ORDINANCE--Au ust l3 1982 <br />Section 3 . That this suppl event a1 budget i s prepared i n accordance with <br />ORS 294.4 0 a a}, which authorizes the formulation of a supplemental budget <br />resulting from "an occurrence or condition which had not been ascertained at <br />the time of the preparation of a budget for the current year which requires a <br />change in financial planning." <br />Section 4.
