ORDINANCE N0. 1. <br />AN ORDINAt,TCE CONCERNING MANAGEMENT OF CITY O~rTNED <br />PRQPERTY, ADDING A NEW SECTION 2.019 TO THE - <br />EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY QF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Anew section is hereby added to the Eugene Cade, <br />1971, to be numbered and provide: <br />2.19 Cit Real Pra ert Management. The city manager is <br />x authorized, as agent for the council and on behalf <br />of the city, to grant temporary or permanent permits ar ease- <br />ments across city-awned real property, provided he first <br />determines that such permit or easement will not unreasonably <br />disrupt the intended public use of the property. <br />Section 2.
