Next Steps <br />The process leading from design refinement of the alternatives to selection of the LPA is as <br />follows: <br />1. Complete the Detailed Definition of Alternatives Report and Conceptual Engineering Plan Set, <br />including the Amazon Alignment. <br />2. Finalize integration of EmX as a mode within the LCOG travel demand forecasting model <br />through coordination with FTA. <br />3. Initiate, complete, and document the assessment of adverse and beneficial environmental <br />impacts of the project alternatives, including publication of the DEIS. <br />4. Continue coordination with the project’s Cooperating and Participating Agencies. <br />5. Continue the project’s public outreach program. <br />6. Make preparations for the DEIS comment period and hearing and selection of the LPA. <br />7.
