If the Gas Fitter, Class A or LPG <br />has a plumbers license or a state LPG Fitters license then the <br />Gas Fitters license is $5RD0. <br />Section 2. Section -3.D15 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby <br />amended to provide: <br />3.415 Application Fee. Applications for licenses required by <br />section 3.010 shall be accompanied by a $5.00 initial <br />application fee or the fee shown in Column B of section 3.010. <br />Application fees shall not .be refunded. Payment of application <br />fee is required on all license renewal applications that are de~ <br />linquent August first. <br />Section 3.
