The notice shall give a description of the area to be <br />vacated as herein set out: state the date when this ordinance was <br />passed, the name of any petitioners petitioning for the vacation, <br />and the date when the petition, together with any objections or <br />remonstrances which may be made in writing and filed with the Re- <br />corder of the City of Eugene prior to the date of the hearing, will <br />be heard and considered, <br />Section 4. The City Recorder shall forthwith and within five <br />days after the first publication of the notice post or cause to be <br />posted, at or near each end of the proposed vacation a copy of the <br />foregoing:, which shall be headed "Notice of easement Vacation", <br />and which notice shall be pasted in at least two .conspicuous <br />places in or on the area proposed to be vacated. <br />The posting and the first day of publication of the notice <br />shall be not less than twenty-eight ~2~7 days before the time set <br />for hearing. <br />Passed by the City Council this <br />day of May, 1979. <br />City ecor er <br />Approved by the Mayor this <br />day of May, 1979 <br />Mayo -~-- <br />
