The hearing was held on the 9th day of May, 1979, <br />a~t 12:40 o'eloc~ noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be done in the <br />premises have been duly and regularly completed. <br />Section 3. The hereinabave described easement is hereby vacated, <br />and the easement sa vacated shall revert pursuant to the statutes of <br />the State of Oregan. <br />Sectian 4.
