ORDINANCE NO . / 8396 <br />AN ORDINANCE COI~'CERNING USER CHARGE RATES; <br />REPEALING PORTIOx~7S OF ORDINANCE NO . l3 6 5 7 <br />ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUidC2L ON SEPTEMBER <br />2 9 , 19 6~4 ; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY . <br />The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: <br />Section 7.~~~ of the Eugene Cade, 1971 provides that user charge <br />rates shall be established by Resolution of the Council, and there- <br />fore, those portions of ordinance No. 1365? adopted by the Common <br />Council on September 29, 1964 that apply to Airport facilities user <br />charge rates should be repealed; now, therefore, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Those portions of ordinance No. 13657 adopted by <br />the Common Council on September z9, 1964 that apply to user charge <br />rates for the Airport facilities are hereby repealed. <br />Section 2.
