ISMO~ <br />WHEREAS, notice of the proposed assessment to the owners and reputed owners of the hereinafter designated <br />parcels of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly given in compliance with the provisions of <br />Chapter 7 of the Eugene City Code, and the Cowman Council having heard any and all protests, ab~ectians and <br />remonstrances thereto and having fully~cansidered the same. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE ROES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Sect~.on 1. That the fatal cast of (~a1~1ng, sanitary sewer and storm sewer within ~~Um <br />Tree Subdivision; and paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer within Janisse Subdivision <br />and storm sewer within 16D feet of the east boundary of Janisse Subdivision extended <br />north to the Amazon Channel <br />in the City of Eugene, is the sum of $ ~ ~ ~~~ ~ ~'~ 5 , aforesaid, which is by this ordinance assessed <br />against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set apposite, respectively. <br />Section 2, What the Common Council of the Gity of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine and assess each <br />lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit: <br />
