18y~a <br />section 3. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene does hereby <br />determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specif~.cally <br />benef fitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does <br />hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respecta.ve <br />lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against which said several amounts are <br />assessed, and others and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of <br />City Liens, a statement thereof containing the following: <br />First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage properly liab~.e <br />for such improvement. <br />Second: The name of the owner ar reputed owner thereof, or that the name <br />of the owner is unknown. <br />Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date o~ entering the <br />same in the said docket of City Liens. <br />Passed by the Common Council on Approved by the Mayor on <br />9T9 l~~Y ~9 ~~7~ <br />Y 4~ <br />~ ~~ <br />City R der ~ Mayor <br />
