ORDINANCE N0. /Syyg <br />An Ordinance initiating the vacation of the following described <br />Public Utility Easement, to-wit: <br />BEGINNING at the initial point of LYNDON HEIGHTS, <br />as platted and recorded in File 73, Slide 176, <br />Lane County, Oregon Plat Records, Lane County, <br />Oregon; run thence South 59°37' West 15.0 feet <br />along the South line of Lot 7 to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING; thence North 30°23' West 7.0 feet; <br />thence South 59°37' West 98.70 feet; thence <br />South 30°23' East 14.0 feet; thence North 59° <br />37r East 98.70 feet; thence North 30°~3' West <br />7.0 feet to the True Point of Beginning, <br />Lyndon Homes Ev 79-5. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene herein <br />initiates the vacation proceedings on its own authority without <br />petition or consent of the property owners, except as provided by <br />statute, of the above described Public Utility Easement. <br />Section 2. A hearing shall be held upon the proposal to <br />vacate the Public Utility Easement as herein provided, and the <br />hearing shall be held on the 25th day of July, 1979, at noon, <br />Pacific Daylight Savings Time of said date, at the Council Chambers <br />at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time all persons will be <br />heard upon objections or suggestions with regard to the vacation, <br />and at said time the Council will provide for the vacation of the <br />Public Utility Easement or deny such vacation, and in case the <br />vacation is made, will provide and make provision for any damages <br />sustained by local assessment. <br />
