<br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE BUDGET; ~~AKING APPRO-
<br />PRIATIONS; DETERMINING AND LEVYING THE ANNUAL
<br />TAB FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE F4R THEM=FISCAL YEAR
<br />BEGINNING JULY 1, 1979 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 19SD;
<br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FQI~LOwS:
<br />Section 1. That the budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, for
<br />the year commencing July 1, l9?9 and ending June 30, 1950, as set
<br />forth in Section 2 below be, and the same is hereby adopted.
<br />Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon,
<br />makes appropriations for the purposes shown as follows:
