,.. <br />a <br />C ., <br />.. f. <br />RD I <br />O NANCE N0. ~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING APPLICATION OF <br />CHANGES IN LAND USE LAWS; ADDING A NEW <br />SECTION 2.027 TO THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. There is hereby added to the Eugene Code, 1971, <br />a new section to be numbered and provide: <br />2.027 Application of Changes in Land Use Laws. <br />All changes and amendments to specialty caries and <br />land use legislation under this Cade shall not apply <br />to projects where a permit application determined <br />by the Superintendent of Building Inspection to be <br />valid for such project is filed and pending at the <br />time of the change in law, except as otherwise man- <br />dated by the express language of the ordinance codi- <br />fying such changes. All such projects shall be <br />governed by the legislation in effect at the time of <br />application far the permit. <br />Section 2.
