ORDINANCE N0. ~ ~{~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE SHARING FUNDS <br />DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE OREGON LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION <br />ACCOUNT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1980, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, for the fiscal year ending <br />June 30, 1980, e1 ects to receive distribution of funds through the Oregon <br />Liquor Control Commission Account pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes. <br />Section Z. The Finance Officer i s hereby directed to fi 1 e a copy of <br />this Ordinance with the Executive Department of the State of Ore on no 1 ater <br />9 <br />than July 31, 1919, as presc robed by Oregon Revised Statutes. <br />Section,,,,,,,,3.
