AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION A~~1D A~~ENDING THE ZONING SAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGO~~I THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT: Pursuant to the provi s1 ons of ORS 227.215, .Section 9.278 and 9..568 through 9.
